Beach Walk
Walk to the beach near Borello Park and around the point to the end of Patterson Parade. Enjoy the majestic views of the Palm Islands, the unique Sugar Jetty, and Famous Hinchinbrook Island.

Time for a Fun Walk Refer to a tide chart and take a fun barefoot walk on the beach at low tideout by the 5.8km sugar Jetty. Its fun, relaxing and good for the soul.

Either drive or walk 1.5km to Dungeness and enjoy veiwing boating and fishing activity, the outlook of Hinchinbrook Channel and Island are spectacular. Enjoy a cool drink, ice-cream or snack at the Channel Inn.

Hire a tinnie and take yourself fishing or sightseeing. Inspect one of the Lazy Croc House Boats for a fabulous relaxing future holiday.

Walk to the old jetty and do some fishing for yourself, or simply sightsee and enjoy the freindly hive of activity during the day or night at holiday time and week-ends. A great fishing spot.

Or go Fishing With one of the tour guides who know all the most beautiful and best spots to visit and fish. You may fancy a day fishing or a hike to Mulligan's Waterfall on Hinchinbrook Island taking a picnic lunch with you, just ask at reception and we can organise this for you as well as any tour brochures you may need.

Yes and the view is spectacular, a must see experience. With a huge selection of fine teas and coffee, yummy home made scones with mango or pineapple jam or Muffins, delicious.
